Beautiful, don't you love working with Fondant. I made two sheet cakes last week for a District Courtroom renovation dedication. My daughter works for the Big Bend tourism dept. in Brewster county Texas where she lives and her dept. paid for the renovation and she ask me to make and deliver the cakes (100 miles away). I used white whipped buttercream for icing. They had 70+ at the reception I decorated in their respective colors black and white for one and orange and dark blue for the other. I spayed edible roses to match the colors of each cake and put edible images of their emblems on the cakes.
