First I did an echo row on each block 1/3 inch inside the block... not on the sashing. Next I picked 2 or 3 things to outline with quilting inside each block: a fish, canoe, cabin, elk, deer, etc.
Because I use fleece and no batting, the quilting often doesn't show up well in photos.
