That was a wonderful tutorial. I like the way they off-set the folds to cut multiple layers. But when you do a Stack 'n' whack, you have to push your cutter into a layer of eight fabrics with all edges lined up. That's when I set the cutter into the fabric about an inch ahead of the edge. Press down and cut toward yourself to the end, then cut forward to the top. If you try to push the cutter blade into a layer of eight fabrics, it's too likely that they will bunch up and not be accurate.
