You did a fabulous job! The eyes look like they would be difficult to master, but you nailed it. Rufus looks adorable with his 1 ear up.
The checkerboard border added interest to the black background. Your quilting designs are great. I like the bit of sheen from the tulle. Your daughter will be in awe. (don't forget the label for your work of heart)
