We built a 4200 sq ft hse and my studio is over the 3 car garage so my rm is 33x25....Always wanted a studio since I was working out of a 12x13 rm in other hse forever!...Watch what your dream is...sometimes Big is too Big....I have many reg machines some new/some vintage....But you can only use one machine at a time. Then there's all that walking to cut, iron, lay out and sew...And finding where you put things...A yr is coming up and I'm still not settled or organized and have lost the incentive to quilt...We still have the other hse and we go bk and forth mthly and my incentive returns and I enjoy getting back into my small sewing rm...WEIRD RIGHT!
