I just opened the 2019 AP&Q Calendar by Better Homes and Gardens and this quilt is the January pinup...it is called Snowy Night by Deb Stumbo using checkerboard units and rail fence units....her version uses the colors a bit differently than yours but it looks to be the same pattern.
