I haven't posted in awhile, but I just stepped on the scale, and am excited to say that I've lost 51.4 pounds! Woo hoo!
I was hoping I'd hit the 50 milestone before vacation, so I rode my indoor recumbent a million miles (seems like!) last week to burn those calories. I guess it worked!
I've still got quite a ways to go, to be where I want to be, but I'm gonna keep on keeping on!
