With a bit of luck; try to find the spots where the paint glues part stuck, you might be able to force the parts free, cut it with a razor blade or thin blade knife."

Oil everything under the base that should move too and take off the faceplate and oil the presserbar and needlebar.

Looks far prettier than I expected. And congrats on the picture re-sizes.
