I also have leg problems. I've increased my B and magnesium amounts Plus I've started using lemongrass oil in the calf muscles. You can also use it on the bottom of your feet.
P.S. I'm diabetic.
Somebody I know pieced a whole top in a weekend and s did to much ending in Lots of pain.....so if you do pace yourself.
