I suffer with COPD, but have been a non-smoker for about 20 years now. Big, bad, mean, nasty addiction. Be ever so proud of yourself and know that each of us who finally arrived appreciate so much the urges from time to time. But, as said by others, it does indeed get better as time goes on.
