Yes, this is correct.
Everyone in this group has a second f8 from one person. We have 19 swappers (remember we originally had 20 swappers until one withdrew) but everyone sent 19 F8s so you could get the full number of blocks we originally planned. Everyone in Dunes has one f8 per swapper not including yourself (18) plus one extra which would have gone to the withdrawal. It may or may not be a duplicate of one from that person. This brings the number of F8s for the group to 19.
However, if you confirmed with me a block for Jaba, you have 20 F8s.
With regard to the second f8 you received from one person, act as though they are unrelated. You are to make two separate blocks, not just one using both fabrics for a single block.
