I love quilts that incorporate pre printed blocks to cut apart and use in a larger quilt. I know they are sold as "panels" but I don't consider the finished quilt to be a typical panel quilt where you leave the panel intact and add around it.
equilter.com has a lot of free quilt designs that incorporate panels, both those that are to be used as one peice and those that are meant to be cut apart and used as blocks.
