I really understand this! I will have lived in my house 40 years this August and have started the process of packing, purging, etc., in anticipation of moving in the next year. So many memories, so much "stuff", so exhausting. I pack some, donate some, throw some, cry some. It is hard to be doing this but am moving to be closer to relatives as I age. I am looking at it as an adventure though and have already scouted out 3 great quilt stores in the New Braunfels, TX, area. So life will be good!
