I am so in awe of this piece. It is spectacular as your fabric choices are so perfect to make this collage dog almost alive. Others have commented about the beautiful eyes; I also think the tongue and teeth look so wonderful. As for using tulle or not I have no comment. But, I think any quilting should be around the features, not the individual patches using the finest thread your machine can handle-maybe even silk. Anxious to see the finished project.
