I used left over fabric from a previous runner to make another topper. The center block is Moda block head
Steller Star and then I designed around it as I went. What I was really excited about was adding the bias loop border that Carolyn Hock demonstrated in episode 2212 from TheQuiltShow.com. Facing technique finished it off. Fair entry!
