This information is in my original post...but I will gladly repeat it. It is Square within Squares from Quilter's Cache. (Just google Quilter's Cache. It is under the heading of Free Blocks, or something like that. Then it is divided into the alphabet. Click the one that includes "S" and scroll down until you find Square within Square 2.)
