I had a quilt that was not only peed on by my kitty, but then somehow put in storage for over 5 years. When I pulled it out, the smell was eye-watering. I was positive it was ruined, and almost threw it away. I was pretty upset since it was a siggy quilt with blocks from quilters all around the world, so I decided to try washing it with Arm & Hammer Washing Soda and Borax. To my amazement, Not only was the smell gone, but so was the stain!
