You can buy them online from Sharon Schamber's dd's website:

but they are a lot less expensive if you can find them at Michael's. At Michael's, I think they are in the acrylic paint section of the store. JoAnn Fabrics online might have them too; look for glue bottle. You can also Google: I have seen them sold on craft sites.

You can also do what Sharon Schamber did at first -- unscrew the tip of a mechanical pencil and screw it onto the glue nozzle.

I have never seen glue used for basting a quilt sandwich. I see no advantage to using it over spray basting.
