Go to there website and it will have the contact info and a notice if there is weather problems in your delivery area. Without a tracking number it is very difficult to get specific info. When your item shipped, the company should have sent you an email with the tracking number. If so, simply put that in the tracking info spot on Fed Ex website and see what has happened in route. I had an UPS/Mail store for 29 years and I would ask my customers to contact me if they had a delivery problem because it was easier for me, the shipper, to initiate the tracking than for the recipient. Also, if a claim needs to be filed, it is better to have the shipper do that.
