Default Got my order from Marshall Dry Goods

I wanted to increase my selection of flannels for a rag quilt I want to make for my sister in Colorado.
I purchased six different pretty shabby chic florals from Robert Kaufman so far. Couldn't find these types of patterns that I wanted without spending between $9.00 to $10.00 a yard. I wanted to add some solids to the mix and decided to take a chance and try some of Marshall's Dry Good Snuggle flannel.

I just received them and wanted to say I am impressed. The feel is so soft (and snuggly) and yet the weight is very substantial, even more so than the Robert Kaufmans.

I prefer not to pre-wash them, as that is not advised when making rag quilts. I would like to order some more but before I do, I wanted to see if I could get any feed back from the board as to how they wash, and if there is any pilling with these fabrics. They sell for $4.95 a yard (more than their typical $3.95 yd. fabrics)

Can anyone share their experience with them. I am talking specifically the Snuggle line.
