So I need to pick up my grandchildren today so I will put the directions on and try to come on the board periodically today to answer all the questions.

This quilt is assembled "on point"' which means that instead of sewing rows of blocks in a straight line, you sew diagonal rows. Use the quilt diagram to lay the blocks out before you start sewing them together. The quarter-square triangles (from the 9 3/4 squares) go around the outside edges and the half-square triangles (7") go on the corners. All of these triangles are somewhat larger than you need so that you can trim the edges and square up your quilt once you are done.
