I'm really addicted to the characters in this quilt pattern.
..I'm just going to have to break down purchase the pattern and make the whole quilt. As it is, I recreated this duck from a photograph. I found the frog pattern somewhere in the web abyss a long time ago and shrunk it down for this WH. His eyes are from a polka dot fabric that was the perfect spacing to fuzzy cut. The bird is from My Secret Garden quilt pattern. The flowers in the trees are fuzzy cut from a polka dot fabric from my stash. I kept making different flowers and none of them looked right so...there ya go. I made this for a friend but now I want one for myself.....
It's goofy and cheerful and makes me smile... So, OK...no more messing around...I've got to get back to quilt making. Though, the cow and pig blocks are adorable ...geesh....
