Yay! I got the instapot just now from Walmart for $59.92+, w/free shipping. I might have made a mistake in choosing the 3 qt (2 people)..perhaps should have gotten a lgr pot. Anxious to see if it's all that people are raving about. Honestly, tho, I can't see using it for boiling eggs! I simply bring my eggs to boil in water, turn off heat, cover and let sit for 13 minutes. Perfect every time.
I too thought I might have made a mistake...but I was wrong. The 3 qt is perfect for 2-3 people. We don’t like a lot of leftovers so the amount one cooks is less ( halving re pies for 6-8 qt use 5 min less time) . Still learning. Overall very satisfied with this contraption especially when it’s 100+ degrees.
