Is there another dealer close to you? Is this a new machine under warranty? Can you take a video to show them the issue you are having with it?

UPDATES for this machine? Check your machine and make sure you have the latest
UPDATE. They should be performed in order.
Is there an
UPGRADE for your machine?
UPGRADES are purchased from the dealer. These are separate from
UPDATES.
Problems are frustrating but don't give up!
