I was going to suggest you part with 50% of what you had in that room, but it sounds like you already have done that. (you will be so happy). Now it is like eating an elephant, one bite at a time. We are here to cheer you on. Before you put back, do you need to paint the walls? They look fine to me, but it will never be easier than right now with the room empty and you can drip on the rug before it is ripped up......just a thought.....
