LIz92B I'm sorry if I confused you. If someone is mailing to England, Australia etc. I like for them to mail by the 10th of the month so that the person isn't waiting until the next month to receive their Mug Rug since the mail takes longer to get to them. Everyone else needs to mail by the 20th of the month since the mail her in the states is a lot faster. I hope this makes more sense.
