I purchased some trim at a store in Oregon, black, gold, silver, colored metallics and it seemed as if they had regular colors as well. It was fusible and very "bendy"! I used it for trim on a hot air balloon quilt and it worked very well. I don't think it was referred to as "bias" though. Maybe just very narrow fusible trim??? FOUND IT! Called Hot ribbon (so not bias tape) 1/8" wide, lots of colors!
