Thanks for that input. I'll have to "try it on" to see how it works. The border fabric might be wider than what I thought I wanted, so it may fill the bill to make the quilts a bit wider. It's usually so hot there in the summer, the quilt might not actually be used to cover one up or else they will mostly be used for youngsters.
