I chose civil war fabrics for this quilt as it will be donated to a transition house for Veterans. I quilted the body with straight line quilting since I think the actual pattern leans more modern, and then as a nod to the civil war era I quilted a baptist fan pattern in the border. This is such a fun & fast to quilt to make.
