I remember seeing/loving that pattern a long time ago. I knew right away what pattern you were probably referring to. I am pretty sure Keepsake Quilting sold kits for it in the past.
The top of the pattern is all Delectable Mountains blocks, the bottom is all flying geese strips, so you should easily be able to make it wider and/or longer. Graph paper is your friend.
