That's a wonderful idea but on the activity page you can enter each person only once for each boardname. Her daughter does not have a board name so there is no way to add her.

If it were me to make the list IŽd enter her name
and her daughterŽs - maybe hers twice - so that the list shows how many are swapping. This could avoid wrong counting in the future supposing we forget it or late joiners do not read all posts.
