There are a lot of short cuts that did not make that list -- they have been around for 30 years and they still work on Windows. The tow I use all the time are ctrl+ins =copy and shift+ins =paste. If you have a Surface there is no ins key on the keyboard so I got rid of the Surface since I am too old to change now.
