She made a sweet roll recipe and put it into a smaller cake pan. beat up some whipping cream and then some egg whites and sweetened it. Put bluebarries on top of the dough and then the whipped mixture. Bake. You will probably have to experiment with amounts time and temperature but probably same as a cobbler or buckle.
