you'll probably have better luck starting your own thread. This one is near death, I think.
FW are notorious for tiny bits of thread drifting to bad places. Look it over carefully with an excess of light Rock it by hand and keep your tweezers handy. Look at the area around it closely. Do you have all the broken bits of the needle? Shake the machine around and see if something falls out.
