We make oatmeal bake. It’s more of a breakfast than a dessert though. I usually use my frozen berries for it. I spread a baking dish generously with frozen B.B. the night before, then early in the am I top the thawed berries with old fashioned oats till baking dish is full. Then I pour in water that has salt and vanilla already mixed in until the mixture is just covered. You can add sugar too if you want a sweeter breakfast. Bake until bubbly on bottom and all water is absorbed. Reheats well. We usually make a big one at the beginning of the week and eat on it all week.
