Oh my goodness, I have that book on my shelf. I made this so many times when my children were young - while they giggled about the name.
The only way I like blueberries is in a dump cake.

Dump Cake
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 can cherry pie filling
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 white cake mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup walnuts

Mix the first three ingredients in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix on top, pour melted butter over the cake mix. Top with walnuts and bake until golden and center isn't gooey - probably 40 minutes.
