As soon as the house sells... Goes on the market next Wednesday. My sister just sold her house here and she only had it listed 2 weeks. Ugh!! Fingers crossed. Our house is bigger and its horse property with 2 acres. We've had lots of interest since we marketed a "Coming Soon" listing... Exciting and scary...
