That book is one of my "go to" books. I have made about half of the quilts in the book. Always fun, good directions and not mindbogglingly difficult. Some patterns LOOK difficult, like the one from Carol in WI, but the patterns break down to simple pieces nestled together to make interesting visual patterns. For me it was worth the purchase price.
