We sold our house in Illinois and will be joining you in sunny fl just south of you. Moving at the end of October. Will be down sizing but will still have my own sewing space, 2nd bedroom. Guest if any will just have to stay at a nearby guest house.
You should be out of harms way now with the latest hurricane.
