You would need to cut 4" strips into 4" squares, and trim the hsts to 3 1/2",

so I estimate:- 10 squares per 40" strip (W.O.F)
200 sqs needs 20 strips which is 80" of fabric.

If you use two colours - or fabrics - then 40" of each.
