No, it's not.
If the photos I found on Ebay are correct, it's a relatively modern machine with a free arm.
Many Japanese machines were sold under several different brand names. To find a manual, you will have to go to the manual sites and look at the drawings to see if it was sold under another name.
The other option would be to call Pfaff. As I understand it, Pfaff is now owned by a large conglomerate, so you may be disappointed, but it's worth a try.
