Start with cutting fabric strips WOF at 9 1/2 inches. Fan fold up to 6 layers across the die. The die will cut 24 HST with each pass. Fold excess fabric to the side so it rides though the machine with the die.
If you use 2 fabrics. Put them RST (right-sides together). The HST are ready to piece as they are already color sorted.
