Anybody else find this kind of inaccuracy in their accuquilt dies?

Yep! I found that I need to move my needle over two positions to get the correct size of a finished block. Like you, I was in disbelief that after cutting and that adjustments still needed to be made.

Having said that, I made a Hunters Star quilt using the Go die and it turned out beautifully. I didn't realize until all my blocks were sewn together that they only measured 12 1/4", but because they were consistent in size, the quilt went together well. It was after this quilt that I started to make adjustments with the needle.[SUB][SUP]
