I know what you mean with those diagonal pieced blocks. I like them too but didn't use them. Maybe in the final borders but it won't be the same as the center diagonal blocks.
Which diamonds do you mean? In the Bakers Dozen?

I started using more bright green in the quilt, small pieces. And I still might decide to replace the large bright green pieces. Still easy to do - I hope!
