I just googled 'silesian ruler foot' and this site came up.
https://www.silesianquilt.com/index....oot-high-shank It states very plainly, that the foot is 9/16th inches in diameter. That would mean that dead center would be 1/32 more than 1/4 inch. I am wondering if it has something to do with imperial\metric conversion.
