The purple tumblers is my typical serpentine stitch quilting and the label somehow messed up in the embroidery machine, but it was my last one so had to use it. You may remember my mentioning that I have never been able to meander. After FMQ demos at my two guilds, I was pretty much shamed into trying it. I bit the bullet on the squares quilt. The overall look is OK, but don't look too closely. I did figure out, though, that when my bobbin gets low the bottom tension gets messed up. So I had to keep putting in new bobbins. The low bobbins are fine for piecing. Just a quirk of my machine. I finished a third quilt... the butterfly flimsy from last month. It went together very easily. I'm pleased with the crocheted afghan, but it is not sewn together yet.
