I found a recipe yesterday and hubby said he'd try it. "Slow Cooker Pork Belly". Basically you season the meat and let it sit overnight (oops! forgot to do that, guess it will be tomorrow that I can cook, while not vital it helps the flavor get in through all that fat). Brown/sear the pork belly. Put 2 cups of veggies on the bottom of the pot, we will use brussel sprouts because we have them and is on his plan. Then it's 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
He says he is willing to try it. If he doesn't like it, I'm sure the greedy little dogs will think it's great, vinegar and all!
I have friends who are using those Instant pots, RN-quilter, and most of them love them. One not so much but she takes a bit of time to adapt
