I requested several keto cookbooks from my local library, as well as purchasing one from Costco. I'm not fond of pork... (for the most part, it doesn't agree with me) but I love bacon. Eating eggs (cooked on their own in any way) for makes me queasy, so I think I may have an allergy or at least a sensitivity.
I've also started following some keto blogs and have a Keto pinterest board. This gives me quick reference for finding what I need. This week, I finally tried keto pizza crust (basically mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, an egg and seasoning.) My husband really liked it... I hadn't actually offered to share my pizza, though. I'm the only one on keto (13 pounds in 10 weeks.) Not an earth shattering rate, but I only have about 10 pounds to go until I'm at my ideal weight...
