The custom has been for Bonnie to post the intro -- that is, the inspiration, colors and fabric requirements for the mystery -- on her Quiltville Quips and Snips blog on Halloween. She then posts the first clue on the Friday after Thanksgiving, and each Friday until the final clue, which is the reveal. The reveal has happened on New Year's Day in all of the mysteries I've participated in.
We will have a quilt-along thread for the mystery in the QuiltBoard Challenges & Contests forum once the intro is posted.
