My favorite home “made blanket of any type was the one a friend gifted me with, because it was a narrow twin size, and had a 12” pocket sewed to the bottom end of just doubled fabric, with a seam up the middle of the pocket, for me to put my feet in to keep them covered. I loved that blanket to death. It was given to my first dog, “Yukon King” it was “his” blanket from then on, and he was wrapped in it when he passed six years ago. I still miss both of them.
